1. I Understand

I understand that FAM IVF is only a discovery, information, and referral platform. FAM IVF is not a hospital, IVF clinic, doctor, fertility specialist, laboratory, or healthcare provider and does not provide medical treatment or medical advice.

FAM IVF only helps patients find and connect with third-party fertility-care providers.

2. Third-Party Healthcare Providers

All doctors, clinics, hospitals, IVF centres, laboratories, and other healthcare providers listed or connected through FAM IVF are independent third parties.

FAM IVF does not control or supervise their medical services, professional decisions, treatment, staff, facilities, fees, or business practices.

Patients are responsible for independently verifying the qualifications, credentials, treatment options, costs, and other information relating to any healthcare provider before proceeding.

3. No Guarantee of Treatment or Results

FAM IVF does not guarantee IVF or fertility treatment success, pregnancy or live birth, any particular medical outcome, quality or effectiveness of treatment, availability of doctors or appointments, accuracy of treatment success-rate claims, or any specific treatment duration or result.

All medical decisions should be made directly with a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Treatment, Fees & Payments

Any consultation, diagnosis, treatment, IVF procedure, medication, investigation, surgery, package, appointment, payment, refund, cancellation, or other service is solely between the patient and the respective healthcare provider.

FAM IVF is not responsible for treatment fees, additional charges, refunds, payment disputes, treatment outcomes, medical complications, negligence, or any other services or arrangements agreed between the patient and the healthcare provider.

Patients should confirm all treatment details and costs directly with the clinic before making any payment or commencing treatment.

5. Referral & Lead Services

FAM IVF may refer or share a patient’s enquiry and contact information with relevant healthcare providers for the purpose of responding to the patient’s request.

FAM IVF may receive referral, advertising, listing, lead-generation, or other commercial fees from participating healthcare providers.

Such arrangements do not make FAM IVF responsible for the healthcare services provided by those providers.

6. Information on FAM IVF

Information about clinics, doctors, services, locations, fees, treatment options, and other providers may be supplied by third parties or obtained from publicly available sources.

Although FAM IVF may take reasonable steps to maintain accurate information, FAM IVF does not guarantee that such information is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Users should verify important information directly with the relevant provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FAM IVF shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, claim, injury, medical complication, financial loss, treatment failure, dispute, or other consequence arising from healthcare services provided by third parties; treatment or medical decisions; clinic or doctor conduct; fees or payments; treatment outcomes; appointment issues; information supplied by third parties; or any interaction between a patient and a healthcare provider.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

8. User Information

Users are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting an enquiry.

By submitting an enquiry, the user authorizes FAM IVF to use and share the information provided with relevant healthcare providers for the purpose of responding to the enquiry, subject to applicable law and the FAM IVF Privacy Policy.

9. Platform Use

Users must not use FAM IVF for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized purposes.

FAM IVF may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the Platform, users, healthcare providers, or its business operations.

10. Privacy

Your use of FAM IVF is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

11. Changes to These Terms

FAM IVF may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of FAM IVF after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as applicable under Indian law.
